Test on desktop:
* $ apt install unity-scope-tool
* $ initctl start scope-registry
* $ initctl start smart-scopes-proxy
* $ unity-scope-tool
* choose a category in the lower dropdown
* click "Override category"
* set the following values under "components":
    "collapsed-rows": 2,
    "expandable": false
* confirm that there are just two rows of results in the category, without the "See more" button
