Dear Sir,
Please check SSD firmware version. Some SSD programs will automatic update the firmware and cause stable problem.
You may try to set the SATA in gen 2 mode from the BIOS setup Storage menu.
The USB 3.0 FW update is only required for Windows 7. The other OS do not need this update.

Dear Tech-Support
In December 2014 I bought the Zbox 320CI nano barebone and installed a new Samsung EVO 840 SSD 120GB and 8 GB of RAM.
As I had problems with my wireless Logitch keyboard and mouse I did a firmware upgrade to the latest version (Project Version B219P 027 x64) last month.
However, ever since then my computer crashes twice per hour. I was running fine before the upgrade. It simply freezes while scrolling in Firefox, checking my email, ...
I reinstalled my OS Linux Ubuntu this week which did not fix it. I tried Fedora Linux and also the problem persists. Then I went back to Ubuntu. I did a RAM check. The ram has no errors. The SSD is new and a SMART check revealed no problems.
Do you any tipps on what I could try? I think I tried all variations on BIOS settings. Right now I am using the USB Legacy option and Win 8.x boot.
As I do not have Windows 7 I can not run the I320 USB3 Hub FW Upgrade. Could this have anything to do with it?
Thank you very much.
